While I have a backlog of photos to upload, notes for half a dozen posts and ideas for quite a few more, they’re not going to make it onto the blog at the moment.
The sun has been shining, the ground is drying out (even if it’s still well below 5C) and I have 1001 jobs to do.
I’ve been digging, hoeing, shifting muck, digging, emptying muck bins, digging, raking, moving pigs, shifting more muck, digging, and, well, digging.
Today was typical as I put in between nine and ten hours of hard, physical graft—and somewhere also found time to sell pigs, order things we need for the croft, and chase up drystone wallers.
And have a good game with the Wee ‘Un as well.
The only problem is that it doesn’t leave much energy for too much else, so the blog is going to have to wait a little longer for a proper update.
And if you want something interesting to read, try Bug Girl’s blog where she’s currently in search of a recipe for bug bread…
