Pasta with zing

Having been prompted to post my nettle ale recipe, I thought I should also dust off my recipe for nettle pasta. Depending on your viewpoint, nettle pasta is either extremely avant garde cuisine – or a dish for very poor people. Whichever it is, it’s delicious and well worth trying.

Nettle ale

I was wading through my backlog of draft posts with a view to deleting the ones I’ll never get around to finishing, when I discovered I hadn’t published my second recipe for nettle ale. This version is simpler, leaves out the dandelion and is somewhat stronger. (The other recipe can be found here.)
